Client responsibilities

• Maintain access to required platforms/accounts
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing PipelineOS frameworks/templates remain our IP. Client-owned assets remain client property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipelineOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
